Taste of Spain comes to London

Though the weather may be getting steadily colder, meaning that house barbecues are no longer an option, the taste of summer is set to be brought to London thanks to the forthcoming Spanish food festival.

For the week beginning October 12th, Taste Spain will see numerous locations across the capital showcase the finest Iberian cuisine and wine.

As well as being able to see Bridget Jones' rented flat from the recent films, visitors to the bustling Borough Market will be able to sample a whole range of foods, including paella, all washed down with hearty rioja and jugs of sangria.

In addition, a special market will be put in the leafy borough of Chelsea and numerous Spanish restaurants across the city will be hosting cooking demonstrations, traditional entertainment and 'tapathons'.

At the same time, thousands of Londoners will be celebrating the festival of Eid, with even the non-religious able to join in the partying and indulge in three days of eating nothing but sweets. ADNFCR-1219-ID-18315800-ADNFCR
