London Game Festival line up announced

Full details of this year's London Games Festival have been released, with the number of events on offer sure to tempt even the most hardcore gamer out of their rented flats for one night only at least.

Aside from the three days of gaming to be put on by the good people at Electronic Arts in Trafalgar Square on the weekend of October 27th a number of more quirky parties and concerts are also lined up.

At Video Games Live, an orchestra will play the soundtracks of everybody's favourite games, such as Mario and Tetris, while well into the night at Games AV bands and DJs including ZX Spectrum and The Lost Levels will be performing electronic-based music.

In addition, talks will be given on the future of games by Will Wright, the creator of the iconic Sims games, while visitors will also learn how to make new toys out of their old consoles and attend a lecture on the similarities between the human brain and computers. ADNFCR-1219-ID-18324056-ADNFCR
