Girls Aloud star drawn in by hip Camden |

| Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding is the latest celebrity now calling the trendy London suburb of Camden home after moving into a flat there with her boyfriend. The 25-year old singer has earned a reputation for being something of a party girl and the area's excellent nightlife as well as its proximity to the city's West End are believed to have been major factors behind her choice of pad. "Tom has moved in too, we just decided, 'Why not?' We're mad about each other and it feels right," she explained after a recent party. If it all goes wrong then fine, but why not give it a go? I'm sick of playing games with men. We've been friends for years so that's why it works so well Among her neighbours will be fellow music star Amy Winehouse, who is also regularly seen in Camden pubs, while Pete Doherty is also known to hang around the area. While Miss Harding and her DJ partner Tom Crane have revealed that they have bought a swanky maisonette, the sheer number of flats in Camden means its possible to rent a place right in the heart of the action without breaking the bank, though rent is slightly lower in neighbouring Kentish Town or Chalk Farm, both of which are still highly desireable among young professionals and students. ![]() |
