Big chill comes to London suburb

With the summer festival season now well and truly over, music in the capital is moving indoors.

Perhaps the most eye-catching event lined up for the coming weeks is Reykjavik Nights at Kilburn's Luminaire, billed as a warm-up gig for the famous five-day Icelandic festival.

For just £7 entry on September 26th, visitors to the north-London suburb will be treated to a host of bands hailing from above the Arctic Circle as well as to free shots of vodka from Reyka Vodka, the show's sponsors.

Hafdis Huld, Jan Mayen and Motion Boys will be among the acts on show, highlighting the diverse musical scene of the city, while a host of DJs will be tiding things over between sets.

What's more, Iceland Air will be giving away a trip to the real thing, meaning one lucky music-lover will be enjoying the likes of Bloc Party, The Duke Spirit and bar prices that make London beer seem an absolute bargain for five days and nights next month. ADNFCR-1219-ID-18289288-ADNFCR
