Big Brother twins 'miss Manchester student life' |

| Despite now being worth a collective £1 million, Big Brother twins Sam and Amanda cannot wait to leave the bright lights of London behind for the joys of student accommodation in Manchester. Prior to appearing on the reality show, the pair studied together at Manchester Met university and even funded their education by working part-time at M2, the city's weekly Athletic Union party night. "We went to Man Met last year, it was the best thing ever," Amanda told the website student-direct.com. "Manchester is the best place to go to university," her twin added. "We loved it. Loved it." The pair also revealed that they are trying to tempt their fellow celebrities, including Amanda's boyfriend, fellow Big Brother contestant 'Romeo' Brian Belo, up north to sample Manchester's legendary nightlife, with the girls admitting a fondness for the city's indie clubs and live music scene. "When you go out in a club in Manchester you can make friends really easily there," Sam said. ![]() |
